francie's beaming like an insane person at the pure beauty that is before her.[break][break]

"oh man! i have never seen something so beautiful in all of my life!"[break][break]

never before has she seem an illumin-whatever pokémon and it shows in how starstruck she is by the horse, then looking to greyson with wide eyes of childlike delight.[break][break]

around them there is a silly little festival celebrating the older tribes of lavaridge. something about horseback and making their own arrowheads to defeat archeops. francie's not entirely sure but she sure does like festivals and she's never been horseback riding before; so why not??

excitement riddles her body with a bouncy step. she closes the distance between herself and the utensil needed, picking up the brush and beginning to pull it gently through her coat with shimmering eyes.[break][break]

she could cry. sort of. she felt a knot in her throat, anyway. probably all the excitement.

her admiration brings a proud smile to greyson's lips. while rae deserved the majority of the praise, greyson was no slouch in her upkeep. that itself took more time than people expected.

"don't compliment her too much now, can't afford her getting an even bigger ego." his tone is playful, and the mare shoves him lightly with her shoulder. still, if he hadn't expected it, greyson likely would've been knocked on his ass.

ah, more childlike-wonder-sparkles surround her as she scrunches and brings her hands to her face, wiggling her body. the excitement clearly too much to contain; she's mostly just being theatrical though.[break][break]

"i mean absolutely one hun-do' percent yes!" she could have just said yes but, eh, it wouldn't have been francie.[break][break]

as she look sto the mare, she looks to her face and smiles, reverence in the way she approaches the beauty. "i mean, if it's okay with you, ma'am."

greyson whistles to a nearby rapidash who trots his way.

"no need for a saddle with that one," he says, reaching for his own. "she'll keep you steady with a psychic-link, so just enjoy the ride." her mate gesh, the stallion of greyson's group, wasn't as simple to ride. the old boy enjoyed pushing the limits, and subsequently, greyson's comfort.

it takes a few minutes but soon enough greyson and his rapidash move along side the two.

francie's ears flush when the mare tells her she can take a ride. even better that she doesn't need a saddle, because she's too excited to remember it's a thing as she gets on the mare's back as gently as possible with her level of excitement.[break][break]

as she sits, she can feel the energy on her and it has her eyes widening in surprise. she's not used to psychic types, they confuse her and make her feel as if all of her well built stone walls mean nothing. yet with this mare, it is a reassuring feeling. she's holding her up not trying to invade her mind or tear her down.[break][break]

in return, francie smiles and opens herself to the feeling; allows the connection and settles comfortably.[break][break]

"i mean, i trust you. i'm confident right now. plus, you're right. feels like she's got it under control. so i'm confident in her anyway."[break][break]

the girl's confidence level for herself doesn't exist on any level, greyson may soon learn.
